Go to this dentist!!! This office actually makes going to the dentist fun. Very thorough and goes beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Great sense of humor with staff and I know that my teeth are in good hands!!!

After having the same dentist for 20yrs and having found myself having to switch dentist's was a little frightening.I don't mind going to the dentist as most peeps do,but insurance change and this was to be the the new home to my teeth:)LOL!!Anyway,I can't say enough kind things to say about Boone Creek!!The girls were nice and then the meeting of my new dentist,,,,Dr.Tannenbaum was great!!He addressed my issues asap and was very likable too.So to anyone being hesitate about going here don't be:)

I have seen and taken my children to Dr. Tannenbaum. He has been very professional and pleasant. However, the office is very tiny and cramped. I feel that could be overlooked if the reception staff was more welcoming and warm. I always feel like I am imposing on their time. The dental hygienists are great. Ladies....a smile goes a long way. Especially when patients are already dreading to go the dentist in the first place!!!!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not at all, it was harder than a rock

Hygenist was very freindly. Reception staff always make me feel like I am an inconvienience. Don't trust the Dr. Seems he says we need care that I question - root canel or crown. Feels like he is adding extra servcies on. I have a friend who is a hygenist and she confirmed that some denist do that all the time.

Always running late - usually up to 1/2 hour. Now I have learned to call first. Even than I wait 15-20 minutes. This last time I took the first appointment of the day thinking I would get in and out - they were 15 minutes late getting to the office! My 7am appoinment began at 7:15! Seriously!!!

Very small and uncomfortable waiting area. No privacy. Can hear Dr talking to other patients.

When you meet someone for the first time, you want to make the best impression possible. Not so with Boone Creek Dentistry.
I have been emotionally scared by dentists from childhood years, and very rarely will go to the dentist because I become physically ill. However, there are emergencies which brought me there today. Today, 15 degrees outside, and NO HEAT in the dr. office. When mentioned to them, the reply I got was... "Oh yeah, its freezing in here. The furnace went out this morning, we called someone at 6 am and they just got here now." HUH???? 1 pm??? No courtesy call to let patients know this? I drive all the way out there to find out I will be sitting in a chair freezing with my mouth open and scared ??? I don't think so..... Not a good first impression!
