The woman (dentist) that came to speak to me was extremely RUDE! I have never in my life experienced such rude service. You would think a dentist is supposed to be a people person but this was definitely not the case. I actually had a filling done there and it failed, went back to fix it with another filling, that one also failed, went back for a 3rd time to find out I needed a root canal. Had no choice but to get the root canal. I thought I was done with work on that tooth and not once was told I needed a crown. A bit later the tooth cracked in half and half fell out due to it being weak from the root canal. Went in a fourth time with the same tooth to find out I now need it extracted! (I kept repeatedly coming here because I figured they would give me some type of discount since the tooth needing attention was the same one they kept working on, that was not the case either!) That is not even why I am so unhappy. When I found out I needed an extraction I got teary. I am very nervous when it comes to dentists and have an extreme phobia. Instead of talking me through the procedure the Dentist, Ewa I think her name was, made me feel embarrassed, humiliated and uncomfortable! She asked me how old I am (26) I told her and she said to look at how I am behaving. Like I said I do understand it is not normal for a 26 yr. old to be this fearful of a dentist but I had a bad experience during a dental visit as a child. Anyway, she said she is scared when she goes to the dentist too and still has to do it. She told me to leave the dental chair and go compose myself, she told me not to sit in a chair in her waiting area because she does not want me taking up space in her waiting area. She said if I choose to come back I need to just let her work on my mouth and not move or complain if not then just to leave. I literally left the office hysterical! Never has anyone made me feel so low in my whole life yet alone someone in the medical profession! I will never come here again and I will make sure to let everyone know what a horrible experience I have had here.
