Turn around and run, I was receipving services for Clear Correct braces, I had to wait over a year to get my tray after payment started because he never sent my trays in, he continually lied, was unprofessional, never completed my braces and caused me to be losing 2 teeth. I reported it to the Iowa dental board. I was a patient there since 2000 and the last 2 years were Absolutely Unacceptable!!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, I didn't receive anything at all

We stated out getting great service but now we are wondering what is up. My husband had his top teeth pulled here in preparation for partial dentures and was very happy with the care he recieved. Unfortunately, that was six months ago and he still doesnt have his dentures. We have called repeatedly, left several messages and even went to the office but still have no idea when the Dentist will proceed in the process of fitting my husband for dentures. Dr. Hindley visited with me and was very apologetic but my husband has been without his top teeth now for 6 months. This is not acceptable.

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they are very reliable.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
