I visited Dr Zafar after an Internet search. My vasectomy with no needle and no scalpel was virtually painless. I was there on a Monday and back at work on Tuesday with no pain, only swelling. I compete in triathlons, so recovery was important to me. I was doing very light jogging within a week, swimming in about two, and was on a bike at 5 weeks. I took it easy to avoid complications. I set my 10 mile PR 8 weeks after surgery!

The most significant point, for me, that I want everyone to know is that there was no, absolutely no post-operative pain. Also for both Hydrocele and Vasectomy operations, there was no fever, no infection, no reaction and no discomfort. It was as if there was no procedure done.

The procedure, which was to dialate the urethra, was a little uncomfortable and I will have it done again if necessary. Dr Zaphar is very gentle. He, also listened and explained any questions or concerns that I had.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their advice was more helpful than any advice I've ever received from any other doctor. I know I can always trust them to give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
