Dr Tate and his office staff explained everything to me before and during the process. He explained every step of the procedure just before each step as he was doing my root canal, both what he was about to do and why. He looks like he's in his 70s and said he had been doing root canals for 40 yrs. He wore a Hawaiian shirt!
