Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth

They gave me a little information about fees, but never mentioned payment plans before my treatment. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me.They charged my husband $500 to clean his perfect teeth!. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They treat me like I don't care about my teeth, but I really do. Improper care from other dentists growing up caused a lot of the problems. I am also over 60 and don't have pearly white teeth,which turns them off. The restrooms at this office were clean. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I have full coverage on my dental and yet, I am owed money by this company and they will not give me a refund. I have spent a year calling them and delta dental to get it straight with no help. They gave different pricing on different days on different products, then tried to cover it up later.

I have also had to have the same two resin fillings redone by them every other year. Either they do not know what they are doing, or the product is inferior!
