Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
