I don't know much about the staff but I do know Nancy Arnold is a crazy, rude, inconsidered person. I don't know how anyone like her could ever practice and serve patients. DO NOT visit her practice. Run! She is mean, rude and very hateful!

I am horrified at the treatment I have recieved at the Niceville office. First, my husband received overseas orders over 6 months ago, so I informed the orthodontist and asked that the amount I would owe at the time of the move and that be spread out over the 6 months. The receptionist assured me that I would not owe anything extra. I had never heard of that and argued with her, but she insisted it was true and would not give a dollar figure. Now it is time for us to move and the orthodontist is asking for $1000 before they will release my records.
Second, at my last appointment, last thursday at 4:30 (wasn't seen until 5:30), the orthodontist said she needed my bottom back molars to rise up and put on a thicker wire. While the assistant put the wire on, she broke the bracket off of my back tooth. She did not tell me or the orthodontist and just said I was done. When I got home I realized the bracket was gone. I called and the receptionist said it would 8-9 weeks before I could get an appointment to put the bracket back on.
Third, my last four appointments were each at least one hour late. At my last appointment a woman and her husband were so tired of waiting an hour and a half for all of thier appoints that they made a horrible scene.
I can't prove it, but I am pretty sure that the orthodontist has been giving me just the bare minimum treatment ever since I told them I was leaving, and as I said now wants $1000 more. I got brackets and wires on the top, and only recently got brackets and wires on the bottom. This is a complete rip off.

Do not make the mistake of using this provider. Their staff is incredibly rude. They are really more of a faceless "payment processing company" than an actual orthodontist. These folks are more concerned about money than teeth. Carrie, the manager, has been excessively rude to my wife to the point of making her cry. Her treatment began when Dr. Horvath was still practicing, unfortunately his whole business is now owned by florida4braces.
