This was the worst dental office experience ever. I chose a DMO by mistake and couldn't go to me regular dentist. Gentle Dental in Wellington was the closest to my home. The dentist insisted I get a crown, that I was in danger of getting a root canal if I didn't. When the crown came in, some flunky (not my dentist) fitted the crown and took off so much that the metal was showing. I was charged $850 and was not allowed to leave until I paid it in full. The crown cracked a year later and luckily I chose a PPO, went back to my regular dentist at Perfect Smile and had it re-done correctly!

I went to the one in Wellington. Too crowded...felt rushed...i was put in an dirty room! cleaning wasn t all that good ....felt very rushed....doesn t matter how much you save and pay....every 1should get the same treatment! I got my money back.

I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
