Makes you feel like you are in the hood. Service is good once you get past that. They do not answer the phone - they have to call you back. Frustrating.

I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. This office used to be a decent place to go and the hygienists were always great. Now I feel like I'm just a number and they are trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. The equipment and office is getting old and ratty, showing a lot of wear and tear. There has been a lot of turnover of staff in the last couple of years too, which to me is not a good sign. The only reason we still use it is because he is only one of two dentists in my area covered by our dental discount plan, but I'm considering changing plans. The other dentist under this plan has awful reviews so I don't want to go there either.

well , the employees seem to try to do well , but fail in a couple of important areas.
1. the payments are not reliable . After making payments up front , still got billed for same thing . Not sure if things are slipping by or if they want more money .
2. It is the only dentist in 100 miles my insurance covers for some reason , and the Dr . does not do Extractions . I was under the impression that extractions were a major part of this practice .

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, I wasn't given any helpful advice

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

They examined them, but not very thoroughly

Worst doctor/dentist facility I have ever been to...my 12 year old son was scheduled for a cleaning and was a new patient so we arrived early to fill out paper work ..the first thing I noticed was how incredibly dirty the waiting area was, even the fish tank looked horrible. We waited 40 minutes past his appointment time and he was finally called back, after his treatment the person who called me back to check out looked unkept and had chipped nail polish, she informed me she was not a hygenist so she wasnt able to clean his teeth. She had put sealant on his molers and wanted to schedule his cleaning further out when a hygenist was available, I declined. Once we returned to the car my son began to fill me in on what was happening in the back..he said they didn't even have rooms it was cubicles they have set up, he overheard one of the other employees cursing, the employee that was working on him used a cracked dental mirror to inspect his teeth and she herself had bad breath... I would never return to this facility and would highly recommend others to find another dentist office that is clean, an appropriate facility with actual rooms and has higher qualifications/expectations of their employees.

They were terrible. I gave my insurence information and they still made me pay for something when I thought it was maybe just a copay but they didn't tell me what it was. I thought everything was covered and they just want money. They made me pay 25 dollars for a little bit of fluoride, which I could have bought a bottle of on Amazon for less than that, I bet. I got a random bill from them for no reason. For $120. No.
