In both the ADA and Section 504, a person with a disability is someone who has a physical or mental impairment that seriously limits one or more major life activities, or who is regarded as having such impairments. Asthma and allergies are usually considered disabilities under the ADA. In IL the records for those with disabilities are to be retained indefinitely however his office purges records of former patients. Unbelievable! While he helped me with decreasing my allergies, I still have some and his office policy and record keeping is unacceptable.

Excellent Doctor and he keeps up-to-date will all medical matters. He always explains everything, and is on call in case of a patient emergency. The staff makes you feel like you are the only patient in the office. Very short waiting time. Thank you very much.
