I had an appointment with Jean Couchman today to check my hearing and possilbly obtain hearing aids. She was most helpful and professional. She was very pleasant and optimistic and took time to test me for the hearing test and was very knowledgeable in discussing the benefits of the hearing aids by use of the computer. I plan to purchase the Standard Phonak hearing aids.

Very, they were extremely gentle and careful
