Fraud this doctor never listens when the kids tell her meds are not working and she said she does one hour appointments but she does about 5 min per child which is insurance fraud cause you bill them 3 hours

Dr. Holland is kind and helpful, if a bit odd, however I will not be returning here because of her god awful receptionist!!! The woman is a menace. She has messed up my schedule and done nothing to fix it, hung up the phone on me, and threatened to call the cops on me because I showed up on the wrong day because of a mistake on my schedule. Never has a less helpful, less compassionate, less understanding human ever worked for a mental health professional. I will not be returning until there is a change in office staff, and how this woman still has a job is beyond me. Also their wait times range from 25 minutes to over an hour, don't make any other plans for the day if you can avoid it.

I went to this practice about 7 years ago and all I remember is the super steep pricing, and the terrible office staff. I expect people who answer phones to at least fake sounding happy and wanting to be helpful. I'm in customer service, all I do is answer phones and I don't care how I feel, I sound super happy and pleased to help at all times! I have called 3 times in the past year and gotten no help. All I want is my medical records, but according to them, they cannot release those to the patient. According to HIPAA, those records are rightfully mine and if I ask for them, I should damn well receive them. I will pay the small fee to make copies, but don't sit there and tell me that you can't give them to me as I'm sitting there staring at my HIPAA rights and telling you so. Basically I was told that they could make the copies and I could visit with Dr. Holland to go over them and I said, alright, how much will that be? Well since it's been so long I'm considered a new patient and so the fee would be $475.00. I remember those visits. 10-15 minutes of not feeling listened to. The business name is just ironic. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They will financially screw you.

We arrived for our appointment twenty minutes early. After waiting for fifty minutes, thirty minutes past the scheduled appointment time, I informed the office manager that we were not going to be able to stay due to my daughter needing to report to work in an hour. The office manager asked if the doctor could just call my daughter. In essence, Dr. Holland’s plan was to diagnose my daughter’s anxiety over the telephone.
I told the office manager that we would call and reschedule a face-to-face meeting. She insisted that my daughter, who is suffering from anxiety, should talk to Dr. Holland while she drives to work in bumper-to-bumper traffic. I said we will reschedule for a face-to-face meeting because I do not want my daughter being clinically evaluated on a cell phone while driving in evening traffic in Marietta.
Today, we reported for our rescheduled appointment at which time, the doctor and office manager insisted that we pay an additional co-pay. Their stance was that since they offered a phone call that we “missed” our appointment. I reviewed the aforementioned story with them. They refused to see my daughter unless we paid again.
Needless to say, we are scheduling an appointment with a doctor that has much better business practices and reviews than Dr. Holland. Unfortunately, I failed to read the other reviews from people that had similar experiences due to believing in their title of a “Christian” practice.

I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember my daughter and her situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make her feel important and respected. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. During my consultation, they were very helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt my daughter was cared for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to give comfort here. It's an awesome office with lots of great things to offer. They have an area in the font were you can purchase natural things. I was even able to get my daughter's lotion there (very hard to find! ).

My daughter has ADD and qualified for extended time accommodations when taking tests in school. These accommodations only last a few years then must be reinstated. I contacted Dr. Holland’s office and asked if they did this kind of work. I was told yes, and to bring her in. After 40 minutes with Dr. Holland we were told that her office does NOT do the necessary testing required to reinstate the accommodations. She charged us $361 for the 40 minutes and did nothing to help us. I felt it was deceitful to take my daughter on as a patient when knowing she could not help us.
Additionally, she accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and is under contract with them to charge no more than $207 for the office visit, rather than $361. We found this out after the fact, and she refuses to credit the difference.
I recommend staying FAR away from this office!
