If this is the same phillip bannister that worked at toccoa clinic in the late 70's and 1980...better beware. He delivered my first child c section and only removed the baby. He neglected to remove the placenta and other debris. I had to birth that. Hopefully for the sake of all it was a different doctor...just same name. Or maybe he was still learning.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I'd suggest them in a heartbeat!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment?
Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Dr.Bannister does not like over weight women and is not afraid to admit to it! I was treated very poorly and very unprofessionally because of my weight. And I was pregnant.

Their attention is on me but always seems like they have got better things to do. I've been to other place but bc i moved i needed to find a new obgyn.They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I absolutly dont recommend this dr to anyone!
