They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the service - they are friendly, fast and thorough. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and recommend them unequivocably.

I am a patient at the amity dental office for ten years now, I never had any bad experience. I must say the dentist and his managements are doing a grreat job. the dentist spends quality time with his patients. and tries his best to work with his patients in situations.

This office is not run well. The staff for the most part are unhelpful.
I was told I had to pay for my first appointment before I even met the doctor or
had any work done.
Then I missed an appointment and got charged. That was my fault, but when
I suggested they could call me when they had a cancelation and I would come
in short notice, the office manager told me that wasn't good enough.
And said if I decide to leave it would cost me another $75.
This Dr. had no problem making several thousand off me in the past, look how they
treat you once they get your money.

I would advice you to go somewhere else because if you ever
have any issue with them, they will not try to help you at all.

Don't take the chance, there are much better run places in New Haven, that have real customer service.
