I have been at this facility since 2007 and was very pleased with the care received during my pregnancy even though they tried to terrify me about a VBAC and acted like I was an idiot for even discussing the possibilities. (My simple question was, if I go into labor prior to C-section, will you allow me to go natural if there is no harm to baby and I). Gees, I should have known better. I was treated indifferently after this but at the end all resulted well and I was happy...still another unnecessary C-section though. This year I returned for a new pregnancy and was shocked at how rude and lack of words the staff was at the office. They scheduled my appointments one of top of another saying I had plenty of time when in reality I did not. I waited over an hour to be seen and the rest was a blur. Not to mention, they still did not have my file updated that I had submitted updates months prior. I was left with a negative feel. I am trying them again next week and if I still feel hesitant I am making my switch to a more organized and caring facility.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
