I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I was given an appointment for 1:45 and told to be there at 1:15 to fill out papers before I could see Dr Elsbree. I arrived at 1:15. I waited in the waiting room until 4:00 when I left , without seeing the Dr. While I was waiting Dr Elsbree managed to see 4-5 drug representatives while we waited. I understand that Drs run late through no fault of there own, but to wait over 2 hours and to see drug representatives while you are running so late is inconsiderate. I asked the clerk at the desk what the problem was and I was informed that this was not unusual for Dr Elsbree.
