This rating is for the office staff. Dr Marciales was wonderful in the hospital and the one follow up visit. I made him my primary doctor but when trying to get a call back, I can say it NEVER happened in the 24 hours as promised on their message. At times I was not even able to leave messages because their message said call back during their hours. It was their hours. After calling and leaving messages 4 working days in a row and no call back, I drove there. I was told the nurse never got a message. My cell phone keeps those records. Inept staff. If the doctor doesn't fix this, he will be out of business. Won't call with test results either. I'm finding a new doctor ASAP

1. Why is it I can NEVER reach a human voice on the Dr's phone service.?
my only option is to leave a message and even urgent messages are not returned.
2. Even when I see the Dr and get my scripts in my HAND, the nurse who PROMISED to call them in does not follow through.
3. 4 days later I am calling the drug store trying to find out what happened and getting false info, while I have run out of important meds. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are professional, and each visit is a whole new experience. The questions posed to the doctor are always answered in detail, and I feel more confident about my health in the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been going to this office for nearly 9 years and will continue to do so.
