TERRIBLE DOCTOR. RUSHED IN AND OUT OF BOTH APPOINTMENTS; DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS/SYMPTOMS I WAS HAVING; AND IGNORED THE FACT THAT MY PULSE RATE WAS OVER 122 AND HE SHOULD HAVE ORDERED AN EKG OR REFERRED ME TO CARDIOLOGIST.
MY APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR A YEARLY EXAM, SINCE I HADN'T HAD ONE FOR YEARS. ALL HE DID WAS VERY VERY BRIEFLY LISTEN TO MY HEART! HE ORDERED SOME BLOOD WORK, AND THEN WAS OUT OF THERE BEFORE I COULD EVEN ASK WHY HE HAD IGNORED MY HIGH PULSE RATE, OR IF A YEARLY PHYSICAL
INCLUDED ONLY A BIT OF STETHESCOPE TIME.

I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THAT REAL PATIENTS HAVE GIVEN HIM "CARING" REVIEWS!!!

Dr. Urrutia has been my personal physician since he moved to this area many years ago. Ihave never had a complaint. He is knowledgeable, patient, explains everything very clearly, genuinely concerned, and will spend as much time as necessary with you to be sure both you and he have a clear idea of the problem at hand. Because of the time he spends with patients, he had a tendency to run a bit late. Small price to pay! Both my wife and I have the highest respect for him. I recommend him highly.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

No, but I can always find a seat

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
