Office staff is incompetent and rude
you will wait too long

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes, and my child loves them!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The office was easy enough to find.
