I recently had allergy testing done at the Barranco clinic. When they called to set up my apt., they told me I would only be responsible for my $55 copay. I later received a call saying that they "read my insurance" wrong and that I was responsible for $285. I later received a bill in the mail for $504! I called an explained that I NEVER would have agreed to the testing had I known it was going to cost me so much. They basically said that there was nothing they could do and that if I didn't pay it, they would send me to collections.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office.

I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
