I was was having trouble swallowing certain foods and was referred to Dr.
Lance Cohen for examination. When he finally came in and quickly looked at my throat, he made the determination in less than five minutes that he
wanted to perform surgery. I could not believe he could say that without
even talking to me or inquiring about my history. I walked out and would
never go see this practice or Lance Cohen again! I got a bill in the mail
for $318.88 for that quick exam and so I called the office and spoke to
the rude manager, Lori Cooper, who directly said she is not going to do
anything about the bill. I asked for the "doctor" to call me back and he
never had the respect to do so. This office sent me to collection, I paid
the collection agency but would never ever recommend this doctors office
to anyone. I would up finding a great caring doctor who took the time to
speak to me and examine me carefully and who fixed my problem. So I highly recommend Dr. Jose Berrios 800 Tarpon Woods Blvd Palm Harbor, FL 34685 (727) 942-4005. You will get treated like a person not a number at this office.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They were average

It was the worst office I ever visited. The staff was unfriendly. I aksed to check the price of my procedure beforehand with my insurance, and they told me that my out of pocket will be $26. I paid $26 on the day of the procedure, and now they are trying to make me pay extra $193. very unprofessional staff.
