Their staff was friendly enough. They answered most questions but they seem to always be in a rush. We don't usually have to wait very long in the waiting room to be brought back for the appointment, so that's nice. The only negative thing that's happened is my elderly mother felt the doctor was angry with her for making a choice that went against an ER doctor's "recommendation" of a 5 day hospitalization for an infection that can be treated by oral antibiotics at home, but I wasn't there, so I don't know first hand what transpired. Because of that, I'm not convinced they start with the least invasive treatment. The oral antibiotics made her violently ill, so it also appears they do not take age and body size into consideration when prescribing appropriate medication dosages, but I'm not a doctor so I don't know how that works. Based on the way she was treated for an infection, I would be reluctant to recommend this doctor to my friends or family, but we'll see how things go in the future, as my parents are fairly happy with this doctor. Perhaps this was a one-time problem. But based on general wellness visits for the usual aches and pains, I definitely would recommend this doctor. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were padded and generally comfortable. The entire staff is professional and well groomed, as one would expect at a doctor's office. My mom is hard of hearing, and they speak up when talking to her, so that's also very nice.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
