They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
