They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

The first time I was there the receptionist was nice and though I had to wait a little while I was pretty satisfied with the visit. I went in again and a different woman was the receptionist (older black woman, smelled like smoke really bad) and she completely ignored me. Didn't look at me and after I stood there for a moment she started answering the phone! The new office looks cleaner but it still smells funny. I walked out
