I have to tell you the WORST experience ever.... I saw the Dr back in April of 2009.Where to begin.... to start: the visit started off with his MA (wife) and him having an arguement outside the exam room before coming in then when he was performing the pap the Ma that is suppose to be observing her back was turned toward me.....??? Which made no sense to me. the reasone of the visit was I was trying to get pregnant and during my exam I also show him that I had found a lump in my right breast! He said eeeeaa its nothing but if you feel that admitt about getting a mammo go ahead! Fast forward three months found out I was pregant and I had stage two breast cancer! WORST BEDSIDE MANNORS WORST DR EVER WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Denied me treatment in my third trimester knowing full well nobody would want to take me as a pt so late in my pregnancy. I am devastated and in shock as I never thought this could be done to anyone especially someone who puts their trust in a doctor to deliver their baby in the future. Disgusted!!

Dr. Tuttleman himself is alright, I suppose.. A little on the creepy side. His manner, the way he looks at you, the fact that he acts as if he knows what's wrong. That's fine, though in my case, he didn't know and thus scheduled me for an outpatient biopsy, in a hospital that he would do.
However, he DOES NOT TAKE COMMON CO-PAYS.
Therefore, you are charged on your first time, $60, after that $30, and the outpatient biopsy would be $200.
So this guy gets his money one way or the other.
Which brings me to his staff, which you must deal with in every doctor's office.
Tuttleman refuses to deal with the payments or scheduling himself and his office "right hand" girl is the epitome of unprofessionalism, patronage, and rudeness.
She wanted me to work out some scam she set up that involved my GP running tests necessary for surgery, instead of Tuttleman. In other words, she wanted me to do her job (dirtywork) for her. When I asked her why I had to do her job, she screamed at me in front of patients and staff and the secretary (this English guy also with a siimilar attitude) told me I owed her an apology. So I apologized and still she continued to berate me until I said just to give me my records and I left.
Tuttleman, who could not have missed her shrieking if he tried, hid out in the back of the office.
I am 100% positive this is not the first time this girl had done this as she was so obviously comfortable while doing so.
Which leads me to believe that the reviews listed here and otherwise online are fake.
Google this doctor. He has too many reviews, and far and away too many A++ ones for it to be real.
Very sad. I might have put up with creepy, but never with audacity such as this bottom feeder gave me.

I originally met Dr Tuttleman through the Emergency Room. I had an awful problem requiring emergency surgery and he took such amazing care of me before, during and after my surgery that when he offered to send my surgery reports to my gynecologist, I said not to bother because I was staying. I have since had an amazing pregnancy with him and I'll be back for number two. He is not rude, he is blunt. An honest doctor doesn't sugarcoat a bad problem and he didn't. He was compassionate to me and my partner during a horrible experience (ectopic) and even more amazing throughout my pregnancy.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
