My family has been going to this dentist for over 25 years. Last month my daughter had a tooth ache and we called to set up an appointment. When we did, we were transferred to the billing department. The woman said that we owed them $100.00 for a crown on my wife's tooth. Thing is, my wife never had a crown placed on her tooth. The billing woman said that our daughter COULD NOT see the dentist there because we owed them money. My wife told them that they never did a crown for her and she told them that she would drive down to SHOW THEM her teeth to prove that it was a mistake. The billing office ignored that offer and said that our daughter was not welcomed there until the $100.00 was paid.

After 25 years of our going there, ALL 25 PAID IF FULL; all they cared about was $100.00. When our daughter was going to go, it was a visit 100% paid by insurance, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, so they had no worries at all, they wouldn't even work with us to try to fix the mistake, they just wanted their $100.00. They DENIED to help our daughter who was in pain, they DENIED her and basically said "To hell with her pain, our greed is much more important than her pain".

We found another dentist office. Harbor Dental is the scum of the earth these days, avoid them at all costs.
