Beware of having your "Welcome to Medicare" (Initial Annual Wellness Visit) with Shane Hernesman. He told me my visit was covered by Medicare payment. After 30 minutes he asked if I had any problems. I injured my foot when hiking and it was healing. He looked at it for a minute and I said I had no pain. He then he sent a bill for $165.76 (the Medicare deductible is $166). His office falsely claimed I scheduled the visit to have my foot examined. I am appealing the claim to Medicare Fraud
