Accounts receivable will send you to collections when your insurance didnt cover your proceedures. Sounds logical right? How about a call, letter, anything to let you know first? Then the Dear John letter comes explaining that they would rather you visit another dentist (and I pressume pass the headache on??). Then, there is no way to reach Dr Shapansky and letting him know what a poor job is being done in the front lines. Too bad. Waste of a good dentist. There are too many great ones in Fresno. I hope they realize that or they will dwindle their existing patients down quickly!
