I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. In fact, they suggested one course of action, then completely changed it at the front desk before I left. I felt money was the main issue, as in they were not getting enough. Overall, I feel the "suggested/required" office visits are more for their bottom line then my health needs. Dr. Vyas is quite rude and condescending.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
