I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I had such a great experience with them that I've already recommended them to my friends and family. I tell everyone how great they are! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Dr. Haufe is a great pain doctor and I recommend him to everyone. I have seen him for the past year and he is the only pain octor that has actual reduced my pain and not just give me pain meds.
