I stopped by to see about scheduling a consultation and they immediately saw me on the spot and started dental care for me. I think Dr. Likes and his staff is great. I highly recommend him to any one who would like to have a beautiful smile.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
