They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they are very reliable.
