When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr Shimizu is of the best physicians I've encountered in LA. And I've ended up seeing him for a number of problems over the years. I started there just for migraines 9 years ago. Then a few years ago, had a grand mal seizure. And since, other more serious problems. I'm very fortunate to have been referred to him by Dr. LIsa Benya. The staff at Dr Shimizu's is not always easy to reach and sometimes they gently complain to patients about the long hours, etc. But they're still a strong staff. Reaching the nursing support is the only area of weaness. I know refills or fearful questions are a pain but sometimes it's scary to be a patient. Anyway all is all, I am a big fan of Dr Shimizu and a doctor and a person, and of his support staff.
