Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I had this doctor through hmo terrible doctor. I hardly see him they never treat me for problems I am having they just send me off to others telling me to take the problem else were. Very unprofessional. I had terrible urine infection that they didn't want to treat so I had to go to an urgent care to get meds. They have a female doc in the office that is his wife but you can't book with her for female issues because they have a stupid office rule that you cant see the other doctor if you already saw the other. If you are looking for good care forget this place I feel terrible for all the old folks I see here that go to him.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they were on time

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, they were an expert!
