Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
