I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this office. I had 2 different issues with this office and now I learned that the bottle of Obagi I purchased from this dermatologist had expired 3 months before I bought it. I called and was told I could receive 10% off of another product, but that was the best they could do. I then asked for an office manager to call back so we could discuss the issue. Still waiting........

My 20 year daughter was trying to find a dermatologist I came a cross doctor Gaughf knowing I had a bad experience with her. I still felt like maybe she might work out for a young adult , after reading one review. I saw someone was treated the same way I was treated. I'd hoped she had changed, but from what I read doctor Gaughf''s still lacks bed side manners. I must say her staff was very nice and almost apologizing for the doctors behavior.

I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. I didn't feel welcomed at all. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. "Dr.Gaughf" is so quick to pass on patients to her PA's is has become annoying. When you take your child in to see a specialist that could be skin cancer, you dont want to see a PA you want to see the doctor. Is she doesnt have time for HER patients then she needs to find another career field.

Dr. Gaughf's PA misdiagnosed melanoma on my leg as "nothing to worry about." When Dr. Gaughf saw me six months later and did a biopsy, she and her staff were so completely discombobulated when they called me back in to tell me I had CANCER, that I ended up in tears. The one good thing she did for me was refer me to Dr. Zaren. She also needlessly delayed sending information to my insurance company, an action that caused me to be charged as out of network for Dr. Zaren. I will never darken the door of her office again, and have told EVERYONE I come into contact with the same thing!

Dr. Gaughf did not listen or even give me much opportunity to speak.
She was brusque and rude and practically yelled at me. She made me feel horrible about a condition that I already felt self-conscious about, but made no effort to find out what was causing the condition. I had another condition that I never had a chance to ask about before Dr. Gaughf left the room. Her nurse was very receptive, helpful, and competent, thank goodness, because Dr. Gaughf has no beside manner at all. If you are sensitive about doctor examinations or your condition, find another doctor. The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I came in the other day and asked 3 times for someone to remove my stitches from my biopsy I got home and I still have stiches in my leg. Then why I was there i was trying to ask questions and reachout for help and was completely ignored.I do not have much confidence in my future treatment here.
