My first visit with Dr. Glenn Ledesma was over 15 years ago and had a very positive experience with both him and his staff.

The offices were clean, everyone is efficient and polite. His staff answered all my questions before making my appointment and were patient with the me. Doc spent plenty of time with me at the end of the day.

At the time I was visiting from out of town and I remember wishing I had this office near me. No one likes going to the doctor but I made it a point to see this doctor whenever I went back to town.

Run, don't walk. Irresponsible in the extreme. They supposedly have offices throughout Los Angeles. They have a centralized appointment center - inluding 323 271 3354/ 626 332 7522 - that is still making appointments for patients to locations that no longer exist. I was in the middle of a treatment program at their Beverly Hills office, I showed up last week to have some pre cancerous lesions removed and the office was closed. A neighboring dental practice reported that they hadn't seen anyone their for at least two weeks. The landlord said they were no longer tenants. The call center staff repeat the same line - that they haven't been advised by Dr Ledesma or American Dermatology Centers - and will continue to make appointments and pass messages on until they are. They gave me a number for the Burbank office which has been disconnected. Needless to say, the messages they pass on are never answered. They may well be maintaining some appearance of continuing to operate for fraudulent purposes.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
