. Elizabeth needs some customer relations classes . She was the one I spoke with today when I asked to get a form for life insurance . She was extremely rude to me as if she didn't want to help me out . She did not smile or greet me in anyway , shape or form . If you want new customers then maybe you should evaluate the office staff . If people aren't friendly and act like they don't want to be there then I wouldn't want to be there either . Especially since this office is dealing with cancer issues and other terrible skin related issues . No one needs to be greeted with a bad attitude when dealing with these types of things

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Minimal wait time like 15 minutes. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an positive experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
