The doctor is great. The some of the people who provide the shots need some work. Some of them see giving the shots like working on a conveyor belt. They seem insincere and jab the needle your arm without touching you. I saw another one berate a child and his mother because the child was crying and scared. She told the mother, "I got other people waiting." The mother was trying to calm the child and was already working with the child. The nurse just made it worst for the child. I have figured out what times to go and who I do not like providing my shots. For instance, in Stockton, Tracy, and Manteca there is at least one nurse who gives the shot and you don't even feel it. Please begin to see us as people, hold the arm, be respectful, etc.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. This would be about right, but I did want to fallow up with an appointment, but it was for alergy shots, I cannot take those.... But I could have been more informed with other medications, so I could be more asthmatic controlled.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
