They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I was very pleased with Dr. Broffman, both with his expertise and his willingness to consider my concerns and needs and to accommodate them when appropriate; and to send me off to another specialist when that became necessary.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
