I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice, especially if it benefits them. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. Office is old and in a terrible neighborhood. Parking is impossible, and there is very few handicap parking locations. If you have special needs or chronic medical conditions don't bother making an appointment here they only care that you show up every time and pay them. Dr Powers is not a friendly type, is quick to make decisions for new patients with a long term problems without considering individual needs and circumstances. I would consider going to see a newer, younger doctor that knows newer, current techniques and one that still has a reasonable bedside manner. For my money he will probably retire soon so you should find someone else to establish long term relationship with.
