IMost of what they said was accurate, but not all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

Don't let his condescending and dismissive attitude prevent you from asserting your rights as a patient, don't be afraid to make sure he gives you his time and addresses your concerns in a way that is satisfactory to you (not him). Also, research before going to your appointment, because sometimes he "forgets" to mention things (like "it cannot be done" really meant "I don't suggest it). It's your life and you have to live with the consequences of your decisions, not him. P.S. If you wouldn't let an aquantance talk to you like that, then don't let him.
