Awesome staff and facility. The staff is very knowledgeable in what there are doing and helps you as the client make the best decision on what products which best suites your needs. The facility also offers specials (I.e. Mother's Day Fathers Day, etc)
When you leave the Skin Wellness Center not only is your skin welll - I always have a better feeling about myself. I attribute that to all of the above - I know everyone there is very good but I have had the most interaction with Lindsay and her assistant Dawn. The office staff Brittany and Tammy aare also excellent at what they do and very pleasant to work with
I love the Skin Wellness Center and consider it a great find of mine about 4 years ago and very thankful I did.

When I scheduled my first appointment, there was no mention of the additional $125 fee I would be assessed for being a 'new patient'. This fee was in addition to charges for services rendered. So imagine my surprise when the bill arrived for $300.

I didn't care for the doctor's attitude during the visit. She was in a rush and did not allow time for a first visit - more interested in money than the patient/customer. Staff's attitude reflected doctor's - cold and uncaring. Must be the culture in this office.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not really, but I found a spot

ZERO STARS - What a mistake! They botched a procedure on my daughter and could care less. Instead of treating her warts with acid they burned her entire wrist. Now they don't want to give us an appointment to correct the problem. They are unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Next call is to my attorney!!

The doctors in this practice are excellent. Unfortunately their office staff and level of consideration and not so excellent! I made an appointment and told them exactly what was needed and they set me up with the P.A. What they failed to tell me was that they actually weren't equipped to help me with my problem. They knew this upfront but allowed me to come in and then charged a fairly hefty price for an office visit - for which they were not able to do anything! Not only will they be billing insurance (which is unethical in my opinion) but will also be billing me for the balance. Bottom line - competent doctors but quite money happy at the expense of a patient!! :(
