He really goes above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. He almost always runs on time and on the rare occasion that he does run late, he and his staff are very apologetic. I've even showed up early at times and they've been ready and prepared. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Welch provides excellent care and makes me feel very welcome each and every time I have an appointment.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
