I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
