Stepped on a sea urchin on vacation in Hawaii. Went to the hospital there and they were unsuccessful in removing them. Spines were barbed and brittle and broke apart when they tried to grab them. Left with the spines still in my foot. Came home, soaked the foot in hot white vinegar and Epsom salt, and most came to the surface where I could remove them, but some were embedded way too deep for the soak to work.

Called Dr Wong's office and they said come right away. She took X-rays of the foot to pinpoint and map out the location of the spines, and then surgically removed them, reconfirming they were completely gone with a follow up x-ray. Amazing!!!

She did what the hospital surgeon failed to do, get out all the spines. Can't thank her or recommend her highly enough. The spines were located very deep, close to the bone so she said it was a ticking time bomb prone to infection if it wasn't removed. She was a lifesaver!!! Would travel from far away to get her talent and expertise. She is well worth it!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
