Billing Staff is very rude. They charge the wrong co-pay and then give you a hard time about it. This is in the Salem NH office. The doctor also does not explain the procedures thoroughly which can cause you to get something you really kind of did not want. He is good at making you feel good but at a very high price and I don't mean just money. Office is very dirty old and run down looking. Treatment rooms are dirty where you can still see old blood on floor or treatment chair. Chairs are stained and have cracks, where all kind of bacteria can linger.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
