My name is E. Lannigan and I just had my third tooth extraction in 2 years with Dr. Mullane. I was very pleased with his staff as being very professional, his assistant as being very understanding and supportive and as for Dr. Mullane, he answered my questions, explained as he went along. He knows his craft. I only felt pressure and nothing more.



A few years back, my daughter had 4 teeth extracted at the same time by Dr. Mullane and everything went well. When my daughter returned home that day, she googled Dr. Mullane and learned that he is in the top 20% in the country. I do not know which websites she found this information but this is what she read.

I would recommend Dr. Mullane to anyone.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Mullane did not seem concerned that I was in more pain after he numbed me than before. I have never experienced such pain before in my life until he started working on me. My mouth was filling with blood and no one would suction it out because they were too busy chatting to look. He is rude, short, and uncaring towards patients and his staff. He was very curt and condescending towards his staff, especially his assistant.

As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
