The blonde office manager who has worked for Dr. Hanna for years is very rude, passive aggressive and demeaning with her tone and the manner in which she speaks to you. I had to call 3 times in a 1 week period to get my medications filled. She told me I was not a priority and reminded me that I had already called 3 times that week in a negative manner. Why should one have to call 3 times? When you try to advocate for your health needs such as med refills she gets stern and talks down to you as if one is annoying her and she tries to put you in your place. Why so power hungry? Healthcare is a helping profession to help others and meet the patient's health needs. I work in health care and would never treat a patient with such disrespect even if I might not care for them for what ever the case may be. A patient is a customer not a number or an object to be pushed through the office like a factory setting and say next. Stop the power trip. I am unsure if Dr. Hanna is aware of her rudeness or if he even knows that his patients call for prior auths/med refills and get the run around. I am sorry if a prior authorization for a medication might be more work then your willing to do. She seems to be very power hungry and thinks/feels she controls the fate of patients via the phone and her front window seat. I happen to be a middle aged person and I wonder how the senior get treated. Dr. Hanna has always been very polite when I get in the exam room. I should not have to beg office staff to get my health care needs meet such as refills and prior authorization.
